Cha Cha Slide

This past weekend we had the bulk of Shawn's family over for a family dinner - which isn't a lot, but what they lack for in numbers they make up for jokes. Everyone was in town briefly before they jaunted off to Hawaii for a week. It was fun to have everyone together again (except Grandpa who is holding down the fort in Buffalo). Our niece and nephew, Arianna and Brandon, were so good with our boys, despite the age differences. They are such great kids. Jackson seems to be over his inexplicable fear of Aunt Janis and Uncle Al. Nana beamed having her kiddos, Shawn and Wendy, together in the same room. And Uncle Al was the butt of everyone's jokes. Just the way family should be, right!? Oh, and I made a mean Banana Pudding if I do say so myself.

Arianna stayed overnight with us Saturday night, which was a real treat. She taught us all the Cha Cha Slide. Jackson and I are now addicted and have a daily dance-off right in our living room. Good times.

3 out of 4 of Nana's grands. Holden was not cooperating.

Hmmmm...wonder what they are all looking at!?!?
