Mixed up holiday
I made these for playgroup. For Valentine's Day. They are Easter cupcake holders. So it goes. They were yummy and that's all that counts. The "frosting" was the best part - after the cupcakes are hot from the oven plop a large (white or pink or whatever color is in season and available) on top of the cake and put back in the hot oven for 3-4 minutes. As soon as they are out squish the warm, gooey marshmallow down into the cupcake with the back of a wooden spoon. Perfectly frosted Valentine's cupcakes in mere seconds. Or Easter cupcakes. Or whatever.
